Metal Processing Engineer
Metal construction and sheet metal technicians produce precision sheet metal parts and components for prototypes and series products by laser processing, forming, welding, grinding and with the aid of other processes. To do this, they use technical aids and the latest production machines for predominantly non-cutting processing. They know their way around metals, and with their skilled hands and sense of form, they bring ideas to life.
Industrial Painter
Industrial painters prepare parts by puttying, sanding, washing and masking them. They mix paints and use them to finish surfaces of a wide variety of materials. Masking materials are removed from the painted parts and they are polished using machines. Before being passed on, industrial painters check the quality of the paintwork.
Machinist
Machinists produce individual mechanical parts for prototypes and series products. To do this, they need detailed professional knowledge of materials, machines, tools and also basic mathematical and physical knowledge. They work with manually controlled machines (conventional) and with modern computer-controlled machining centers with robot support.
